[cisco-voip] Cisco UCCX Desktop Agent Application - Disappears

Not sure if it's the same in UCCX 7.x, but I seem to recall there is a tool
you need to run server side, prior to installing the agent desktop client.
It's under Plugins> Desktop Agents > and it was called something like
"Desktop Client Configuration Tool".
