[cisco-voip] DN temporarily not reachable

Hi guys,

thanks for your input. I think we have found the solution.

Conclusion
It was only (incoming) external calls, and only some times. External PSTN interface is ISDN PRI (Germany).

The solution was to adjust T302 timer on incoming interface:

interface Serial0/0/0:15
isdn overlap-receiving T302 2000

Regards,

Martin

Did you get this figured out?

Internal calls to or just external calls from the gateway?

debug isdn q931 shows what on problem calls?

What exact version of 8.6.2? 8.6.2.20000 (no patches) seems very problematic from my experiences, SU2 (22900) and higher works better. SU3 is current.

Are you running sip or mgcp on the gateway? If sip may need to configure some resources.

Hi guys,

at a customer we have a 8.6.2 CUCM installation with Cisco 2811 PRI ISDN Voice Gateway (H323). Phones are 8961 with Firmware sip8961.9-2-1. The problem is: Several times a day DNs are not reachable. It happens on different DNs and from to time.

Does anyone have any hint? Is it maybe a phone firmware issue? In bug toolkit I can't find any corresponding problem.

Thank you very much in advance!

Martin
