Thanks Nate. 

I took a look at the compatibility matrix, which showed the AIM version we can go to is not supported. It's interesting to hear that you've got your AIM versions working with CUCM v9.1. 

Not sure what to do really, I'd like to have a game plan rather than hoping it will work. We haven't had too many link down events, so I don't need anything special, that's where the script would have helped.

What CUE mess are you in? 



I know they are getting rid of them, and were working twords that, but we have lots of them from AIM-CUE to ISM-300 SREs and they are working just fine against CM 9.1, without upgrades or special JTAPI re-syncs. 



I understand there may be a support issue, but I am trying to say just because it’s not supported doesn’t mean it’s not going to work.
