[cisco-voip] some 8900 phone screens turn off early

>From everything I can see, the phone has the right time.  Both on the
display (once I wake it up) and in the webpage (before I wake it up).  And
the screen is turninng off at a weird time, like :41 past the hour.  So it
doesn't even match up with a standard display off of :00 or :30.
