Hi Costas,

You can do this in Arc Administration by going to Configuration --> Console Connect, click on Console Queues and then the overflow tab and you will see the timer configuration. This may need to be done against multiple queues and once it is done you need to stop and start the Arc CT Server.

Kind Regards

Hi All,

We have an ARC operator console version 4, the waiting time for the calls to go to answer machine needs changing. Waiting time is currently 3 mins and needs to be reduced to a waiting time of 1 min 45 sec. Does anyone know where this can be changed?

Regards

Costas
