[cisco-voip] Redbox Recorder

Does  anyone have experience with Redbox Recorders to do call recording?

We are having an issue where the service stops at random intervals if we do
not remain logged in with the service account.  I could implement a
workaround by setting the service properties to run LTR.exe on failure but
that is not the real solution.

Any ideas are much appreciated.
