[cisco-voip] 9971 making phantom / ghost calls - 9.3.x firmwares

Hi guys,
I think i know the problem you are facing. There has been a period where at
least part of the manufactured 9971 had a major Issue with the quality of
the Display/Touchscreen assembly which resulted in those ghost calls. The
newer firmwares of those phones introduced optimizations for the touch
screens to counter the problem but some phones might still experience the
issue.
In this case i think the only option is to RMA the phone or if it is a
large scale (many phones) issue to contact your cisco reps.
