Thanks alot for your prompt response.

My Router is running, Cisco IOS Software, 7200 Software
(C7200P-ADVENTERPRISEK9-M), Version 12.4(24)T1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3).

Is it possible to enable CUBE (With Honor based License) on 7206VXR running Version 12.4(24)T1?

CUBE is an IP-to-IP gateway, and so H323-to-SIP qualifies as such, and therefore requires CUBE.  However, CUBE licensines is honor based, so technically you could run CUBE without the licenses.
