[cisco-voip] HOWTo: When no agents in Ready state send call to extension instead of queuing

I have this business requirement to check if agent state is not ready, then instead of queuing the call, I want to transfer to an extension.
I can check for logged in agents, with this script, but how do I transfer to extension and not allow the call to go to queue
