[cisco-voip] MWI on

I just ran this in my lab. The SQL query is as follows:

select vw_subscriber.Alias, vw_notificationmwi.mwiextension from
vw_subscriber left join vw_notificationmwi on vw_subscriber.ObjectId =
vw_notificationmwi.SubscriberObjectId where vw_notificationmwi.mwiextension
= '+16125551212'

or if you want a partial search and match:

select vw_subscriber.Alias, vw_notificationmwi.mwiextension from
vw_subscriber left join vw_notificationmwi on vw_subscriber.ObjectId =
vw_notificationmwi.SubscriberObjectId where vw_notificationmwi.mwiextension
like '%5551212%'

The results will be a two column table containing the subscriber alias and
the matched MWI extension.
