Yep, that totally did it...

Added:

Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf
Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Rollover Mode

And it worked on Jabber... still need to test it on the Webex Connect thing
that is still floating around...
