[cisco-voip] 7970 phones won't register in Lab

Just to clarify.  The date and time is correct if I allow the phone to
upgrade.  It shows the correct time on the display.

If I power cycle the phone, then it goes to the wrong time.

I'm working on pulling the traces that Ryan suggested I look at.
