[cisco-voip] Estimated time to setup a brand new UCCX box

Do you want them to create a design document, test plans, or just run in and keystroke? In general UCCX has a ton of variables/options and you provided no details on number of agents, records, wfm, csqs, scripts/variables, SQL integration, etc. Just scoping it can take a couple hours of back/forth from someone experienced. The other option is a Fixed Priced Project with a partner, etc.

Ryan,

I suggest asking an experienced engineer, preferably the one you expect to do the work. Your request is far too vague for us to answer it.

This is just the barebones config in order to get things up and running. I don't need an estimate for scripting or anything like that.

Sincerely,
