[cisco-voip] VMWare contract via Cisco

All,

Is there a special way to get upgrades for VMWare purchased via Cisco when
I have a Ciso contract number for VMWare support?

I remember vaguely that in the past it was advised to contact TAC.  Is this
still the case or should VMWare have record of our information?
