While supported I tried this with UCCX HA 10.5.1 and ended up with a tac case where they had to root in a fix several files that didn’t update during the hostname change process. Utils uccx dbreplication showed no replication

Subject: [cisco-voip] UCCX changing hostname

All,

We are using the PUT tool to upgrade our UCCX HA cluster from 8.5.1 to 10.x and we are looking to change the hostname after the upgrade. I see changing the IP Address is officially supported but changing the hostname, in version 9.x, is not supported.

Curious, has this changed in version 10.x, and has anyone successfully changed the host name of the UCCX server after upgrading the system?

What are some of the caveats we would need to be aware of?
