[cisco-voip] Extension Mobility login is unavailable (23)

Hi,

If you are not actually using EMCC then un-check the related box.
May be "Home Cluster"? -  I am not in front of a CUCM GUI to check right
now but on the user page it will stand out when you look for something EMCC
related.
