[cisco-voip] BE5K to BE6K license with valid UCSS issue

I have not had any problem with this. What exactly do you have license wise?

I see quite a few partners on this list and I'm wondering how many have had trouble getting licenses from Cisco licensing when you had a valid UCSSS contract?

I've opened 2 cases and put in the customers valid UCSS contract and they are immediately closed with the same verbiage "contact your reseller to purchase the upgrade"

Any ideas?
