[cisco-voip] Install 8851 on CUCM 9.1(2)

Hello Group

I try to set new IP Phones 8851 on my CUCM 9.1(2). I downloaded the
devicepack (cmterm-88xx-sip.10-2-2-16.cop.sgn) and installed it on my
callmanager (OS Administration). After that I restarted the server.
However I still don't see the 88xx devices on the Device Default page or
when I try to add a new device.

What am I missing?
