[cisco-voip] cisco-voip Digest, Vol 132, Issue 27

The phone console logs and the alternate syslog in RTMT should both have
this info. For the phone console logs, they may have been overwritten
though as the logs rotate through pretty quickly. The actual message in
the console log will vary based on the cause of the problem as well as the
phone model/firmware.
