[cisco-voip] UCCX Reporting

Hey all,

I know nothing about UCCX reporting.  Does anyone know if there's a canned
report I can pull to see how many calls had hold times greater than x
minutes?

If not, do you know where in the DB this info is stored so I can write a
query?
