[cisco-voip] Cisco Technical Support mobile app improvements?

I use the hot issues feed mainly which was something I suggested
awhile back.  Thanks again Wes for getting that added.

The other main thing I used this app for previously was for the
support forums before they were redesigned. I see this was removed
from the app as it didn't work well with the redesign.  I do not like
the new support forum layout at all. I used those a lot before for
helping others, etc but now rarely use them as they are a pain to use
now.
