[cisco-voip] route to two dial peers simultaneously in ios voice gateway

Is there any configuration which can route a call to two dial peers
simultaneously in IOS voice gateway?

I have a CUCM cluster and another IP PBX system. each user have an endpoint
in each system. the two endpoints has the same extension number. a cisco
IOS voice gateway is working for both systems for PSTN access. Now it is
required that when a call comes in from PSTN to the voice gateway, two
endpoints in both systems can be ringing simultaneously. i have two voip
dial peers in the voice gateway to route the calls to two systems. but with
the current configuration, only one endpoint is ringing unless the first
system failure.
Knowing that the "remote destination" feature in CUCM can make both
endpoint ringing simultaneously. just wondering if there is a way in voice
gateway can achieve this.
the voice gateway is running on H323.

Thank you.
