[cisco-voip] Finesse time-out period

Does anyone know where the timeout setting is for finesse?  I have agents who sit in the not ready state for 10+ minutes and when they go to change back to ready, they see a communication error (something like "cannot communicate with server").  If I hit the refresh button on the browser, they have to log back in.  Maybe this is normal behavior.
