[cisco-voip] E.164 addressing

We are slowly getting our MS Exchange 2013 environment setup and are doing some testing from our Call Manager to the UM environment.    Can anyone assist me with the proper E.164 addressing for the SIP address passed to the UM?   I believe is should be local at CUCM IP address but that does not seem to be working.   Example 3521 at 172.x.x.x<mailto:3521 at 172.x.x.x>
