[cisco-voip] Cisco 2921 ISR reload : ROM by error - a Software forced crash, PC 0x21BC8BD4

Looks like it is due to https://tools.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCtz27383

May need some further analysis from the TAC team that deals with crashes.
I wasn't able to find a publicly available IOS version that contains the
fix.
