Hi Claiton,

Use the GetDigits step to have the caller enter the TicketNumber and store it in a variable. Once done, store it in an enterprise variable using the ‘Set Enterprise Variable’ step. You can then make this enterprise variable part of the agent’s layout and the number saved will be displayed.

Hi all,

I am implementing a UCCX solution on a client and one of the requests was that the user had the option to enter the ticket number and this information was passed on to the agent (Finesse).

For example, the user calls the hel desk and given the option:

enter the number of your ticket. The user enters the information and after the call is routed to the agent, the agent receives the ticket number.

How could it be done this setting?
