[cisco-voip] Increase Time to Wait for Input

We have an automated greeting (Press 1 for this, 2 for that, etc).  But you
can also dial an extension.  What is happening is people know the extension
begins with 2, so they press 2, then look at their notes to figure out what
the rest of the extension is, and take too long, and we say "transferring"
and they go to a dept they didn't want.
How can I increase that wait time before we assume they only wanted to dial
2, and not 2119?
