[cisco-voip] Hosted Jabber, SSO and onprem UCM and UCXN

Yes I've done that.  The Unity Connection Web Inbox and UCM Self Care
Portal page both have functioning SSO.   It's just Jabber that won't
utilize SSO when using CUC.
