[cisco-voip] CUC 10.5.2 Publisher Rebuild

Does anyone have any recent experience with using "utils cuc cluster
renegotiate" as a method for restoring a CUC Publishers Database. We are
preparing to rebuild a failed Pub and came across several articles using
this command instead of DRS. Looking for any feedback if this method would
work better/worse than doing a cobras restore or DRS. Any caveats?
