Hi
I have a strange issue where the total of calls handled by agent report in UCCX  and the calls recorded total in AQM is showing a difference of about 10 calls every day, also sometime the calls recorded for an agent in AQM is higher than the calls handled by him in UCCX. I don't see any visible configuration issues and am my wits end in figuring out what is happening here.UCCX version is 9.1, using IP communicator and agent desktop.
