[cisco-voip] UCCX and CUIC

All,

After upgrading from UCCX 8.5 to UCCX 10.5.1 I noticed, in real time reporting tool, two of this customer's CSQ's are showing their call statistics as cumulative numbers, meaning they are not resetting at midnight like the rest of the queue's.

Any thoughts??
