[cisco-voip] delete license file in CCx 10.5

Hi Scott,

If it is a permanent license you can do it via the CLI:

Utils uccx list license
Utils uccx delete license <license name>

Only temporary licenses can be deleted from the UI.

Why can't I delete a file in CCx 10.5.

Licensing gave me a bad one and now my call center is down.
