It sounds like you want to query your database for the calling party
number, and have it pull out a name to show on the phone?  yes?

If so, I've used this before, and not only did it work great, the guy was
very helpful in getting it setup.  I used the "external web server" option,
and that web server took my request with the phone number, and performed a
lookup in a database, then returned to me the name of the contact.
