[cisco-voip] CUCM Failover - Softkey template issue?

We had a service interruption last night at one of our core buildings where a CUCM Subscriber is running. I've got a few reports from sites that primarily register to that Sub that their phones are missing things like the Park key that are part of their softkey template. When they reboot the phone, it's OK. Phone is an 8851 running latest firmware as of August on a 10.5 SU1 CUCM platform.
Has anyone seen this? Any pointers on what I should check out?
