[cisco-voip] Finesse IP Phone Agent (FIPPA)

   - Cisco dropped support for almost all 79xx series phones
   - Agents have NO visibility into the queue to see calls waiting like the
   old IPPA
   - You can make an outgoing call without manually going not ready
   - Transferring or conferencing in another party is not intuitive
