[cisco-voip] UCCX 9 prompts gibberish

I agree. Just give it at least G729 real time transcoding. This way we
can still work with G711 prompts and recordings. That's exactly what CUC
does. Of course, this might drastically increase the vCPU requirement,
since UCCX gets slammed way harder than CUC does in most environments.
