[cisco-voip] Cisco finesse and CAD

Hello,

We are uccx 10.6.1 where I understand both FINESSE and CAD can co-exist.

From what I’ve read, I can activate the Finesse component with the following CLI

utils uccx finesse activate

What I am not clear about, is if something else has to occur to keep the CAD operating at the same time.

Any input is appreciated!
