[cisco-voip] IM&P 10.5(1) Version Confusion

Sorry to be so confusing. Two points:

1) I already obtained a Bootable ISO for IM&P 10.5.1.10000-9 so I'm good to
go. Don't worry about that.

2) This is a post about: What the heck happened to version
10.5.1.10000-8? Typically, when version numbers change, it's for one
reason, patching. Well, if both 10.5.1.10000-8 and 10.5.1.10000-9 are base
10.5(1) versions, where is the patching in that? I'm trying to further my
understand of Cisco's version numbering scheme, as one gripe I have out of
many, is trying to keep the two formats straight. E.g., 10.5(1)SU1 is
10.5.1.11900-3 (or something like that).

Also, I know this list is a mix of Cisco partners and customers, so keep in
mind that I am speaking from a partner's point of view, where I go into a
lot of different environments and this one just happened to be one where an
IM&P node was built to 10.5.1.10000-9 but the ISO in the datastore was
10.5.1.10000-8. So, I was scratching my head, because it didn't make any
sense how that ended up like that, and I was tasked with installing
additional IM&P nodes.
