[cisco-voip] UCCx Ring time?

The default connection timer on the select resource step is 10 seconds. Is there a possibility that this agent is a member of a different CSQ than the other agents so a different select resource step is being used? For example if this user is a member of an escalation CSQ,the script would use a separate select resource step than the initial agent connection would have used.
