[cisco-voip] Supervisory Disconnect on ATA 190

Which input on the Logison NCP are you hooked up to?  It sounds like maybe
the microphone or AUX input rather than the telephone input as it shouldn't
play anything through the speakers until it detects ringing voltage and
then goes off-hook.  It may be that this thing needs an FXO port instead.
Have you tried hooking up a buttset to the paging controller and seeing if
you get dial-tone from it?
