[cisco-voip] Supervisory Disconnect on ATA 190

It looks like you need one of the audio input modules for that controller-
http://www.logison.com/components/paging-and-music-components.html
You'll want the telephone one.
As Mike said, supervisor disconnect is only something you need to worry
about when it won't cut off the page after completed.
