Hello,

Saw this and looked into the bug in more detail. It seems like the original bug was for 10.5 and was fixed in 11.0. It passed the regression testing and they were unable to reproduce this  again in their testbeds.

Recently this defect was just reopened and seems to be impacting 11.0 as well. It seems to be difficult to reproduce in a lab after multiple attempts. If you do see this again, please reach out with MADM logs to see if we can expedite finding the trigger of this defect.

I've hit this issue three times now, over the last 6 months or so.  One time I simply reinstalled UCCX and tried again and it worked the second time, so definitely not a 100% guarantee that it will fail.  On the first install attempt, I tried to update vmtools right away, and the second time, when it worked, I did not update vmtools right away.  Could be a coincidence, and I don't have time to find out, but thought I should note it.

Current workaround is a rooted script run from TAC; if planning on one
of these CCX versions, budget some TAC time accordingly.
