     *   Setup for configuration with UCCX - including CUCM, MS and Finesse config
     *   Integrate Search and Play Gadget into Finesse
     *   Integrate the AgentInfo gadget into Finesse
  *   Remote Expert Mobile:
     *   Explore REM including co-browsing and remote agent control
     *   Integration with UCCX
     *   Setup expert and supervisor
     *   Setup supervisor links
     *    Integrate REM desktops into UCCX Finesse
  *   Troubleshooting
