[cisco-voip] Trouble Getting 8831 to register

I was also having problems with the 8831 on a 10.5. 
I found that if I had the tech do a factory reset from the menu, the phone would come up. Another problem was with the database. I would have to delete the phone from the system and let the phone auto register.
