Alessandro,
A couple of thoughts here;
Do you know if the nodes were in a healthy state prior to the upgrade? *********** Yes, healthy!!!What was the IM and presence version that you tried to upgrade to? (assuming
11.0.1.11900-4) **********9.1.1
Is the 9.1.1 IM&P a HA pair or single node? **********Single NodeDid you allow the CUCM Publisher to FULLY complete it's installation into the inactive partition fully, before attempting CUCM IM&P upgrade?
If you didn't you should have gotten a version mis-match error and it shouldn't have allowed you to proceed but there are "windows" in which you could potentially catch it where this would not be the case ************ Yes Shure, I've tried in two way:
******Upgrade CUCM Publisher, and switch to version 11, after that Upgrade IM&P switching to news versione fail******Upgrade CUCM Publisher, but don't switch to news versione, Upgrade IM&P but without switching to news version, Upgrade fail
If you are using DNS and had it not been working correctly prior to the upgrade you would have surely noticed problems BUT, it is always worth a check when you are faced with head scratcher moments
If you are using DNS all your nodes should have a forward and reverse lookup **************Yes I use DNS, and are all correctly configured.
What's the current NTP Clock sync on your IM&P nodes (by default, the primary would sync to the CUCM Publisher)? *********Yes, only the publisher, no other NTP server used.
Thanks,

You’d need to look at the upgrade logs, or better yet, have TAC look at the upgrade logs. Some process is failing.

Hi Guys, another step, there is an error at the end of the Migration process : "Error detected in post-install phase. Trying to restore the system to the active version. Please Wait...."
And CUPS reverted to to the initial version.
This is only happen migrating the CUPS. CUCM and CUC no issue!
Any idea?

First: Upgrade of the Publisher CUCM to 11.0.1.20000-2 complete successfully
Upgrade of the Im&Presence Serve complete without errors But, appliance reboot int the 9.1.1 and inactive partitions was deleted. No trace of the Upgraded version 11.0.1.10000-6!!!!
Any Idea?
