[cisco-voip] CUC 9 Unified message accounts BAT

Hi all,

getting
"Could not create unified messaging account. A user with the
subscriberAlias:"

the alias is correct.
my file format is


subscriberalias,servicedisplayname,optionalserviceaccountid,umemailaddress,emailaddressusecorp,enablecalendar,enablemeeting,enablembxsynch,enabletts,isprimarymeetingservice,logintype,userid,userprofilenumber

dont know why getting that error.

have tried to create normail mail account n then update the UM but option
is greyed out for bulk user edit

any ideas
