[cisco-voip] LDAP, CUCM, UCCX and Agents

I just found out the hard way, that *Inactive LDAP Synced Users in CUCM
equals Deleted Agents in UCCX 9.x+*, and it's not documented this way.
What documentation does exist, is poorly written, and needs to be updated
to include Inactive Sync status.

I'd even go as far as to say, the architecture should have never changed
from UCCX 8.x-, and Cisco should considered bringing back the Inactive
Agent feature.

I'll be submitting this feedback to Cisco directly as well.

Be careful out there.

I couldn't find any 8.5 or 9.0 screenshots to confirm if this did or didn't
exist, despite documentation, so if you have access to an 8.5 or 9.0
system, please check it for us.
