Bug ID is CSCvb27878 but not publicly visible yet.

There is a COP file fix available from TAC that doesn't require a reboot or anything.

I'm sure there's a field notice coming soon.  I'm guessing the COP file will be on cisco.com<http://cisco.com> soon as well if you don't mind waiting.
