[cisco-voip] CUE on SRE module

Ok, didn't spot the Vlan 600 interface was down which is why I couldn't
session to it.........
Note to self...Just because you plugged a working unit into the switch port
to bring it up DON't assume it will bring up the interface.

Back in the corner with the hat...
