[cisco-voip] AA on CUC question

They can just press the voicemail button and hit * to enter the extension
of the voicemail box than enter the pin.

If you don't want them to enter a pin, you can select "Skip PIN When
Calling From a Known Extension" under User Basics but you'll need to list
all the extensions that can dial this box as alternate extensions.
